Homemade Stuffing Chicken Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb raw chicken breast
  • 10 cups cubbed crusty bread
  • 1.5 sticks butter
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 12 oz frozen mixed veggies
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Cook the chicken breast your preferred way. I like to put mine in the instant pot, since it can be done quickly. Once the chicken is done dice or shredded and put the the side.
  • Melt the butter in a large stock pot. Then add the celery and onions and cook until softened.
  • Add the cubbed bread and mix.
  • Add the cooked chicken and stir.
  • Mix in the chicken broth and stir so that everything is coated.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese.
  • Pour into two 9 X13 pans.
  • Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes.
