baking soda
Peppermint Mocha Frosting

1/2cup
butter
-
2tablespoons
cocoa powder

1cup
powder sugar
-
2tablesppons
peppermint mocha creamer
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together sugars and butter.
In a separate bowl combine flour and baking soda.
Alternate adding peppermint mocha creamer and flour mixture to butter mixture.
To use dough for rolled cookies chill for a few hours then roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. You can also use the dough now by dropping by spoonful onto a cookie sheet.

Peppermint Mocha Frosting

Slowly add powder sugar and beat until creamy.
Add cocoa powder and blend.
Add up to 2 tablespoons of creamer.
