But onto the recipe for today!
To start line a 9″ X 13″ pan with parchment paper. Parchment paper is a must.  These brownies are sticky, and you would have a hard time getting them out of the pan without it. Take your favorite brownie mix (enough for a 9 X 13 pan). After mixing place half the mix in your pan and bake for about 10 minutes. After baking take out of oven and allow to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
Top this with chocolate chips and broken pretzels.
Then with some homemade salted caramel sauce. If you don’t want to make homemade you could probably use store bought.  The store bought isn’t quite as thick, so may be a bit runny.
Cover that with the rest of the brownie mix and bake for another 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean (well not really clean, since it will have caramel on it, but no wet brownie dough).

Then test your patience. You need to let this sit for a few hours (or overnight) before eating.
Then cut and enjoy. They are super sweet, so cut small, or big I guess. You do you! 😉
