Cranberry Cheese Bites with Candied Pecans

cranberry sauce

candied pecans
Cranberry Sauce

fresh cranberries

cup
sugar

cup
water
Instructions
To make the cranberry sauce place all ingredients in a sauce pan and let come to a boil. Then simmer for 15 -20 minutes.
Press puff pastries into a greased mini muffin tin.
In each cup place a slice of Stella Fontina Cheese. Then top this with a tablespoon of cranberry sauce.
Bake for 10 minutes and 375 degrees.
Take out of oven and top with a candied pecan.
