Instructions
Boil corned beef with spice pack according to directions on bag.
Once done, remove corned beef to a broiler pan. Score beef and pour Vernors over it.
Mix yellow mustard and sugar together, then spread over the corned beef.
Bake corned beef at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
While the corned beef is cooking cut your cabbage and potatoes into large chunks.
Put cabbage, potatoes and carrots into the pot of water you boiled the beef in. Boil for 20 minutes.
Once done, slice the beef and serve with cooked vegetables.
